Enlargement and Modification of the Sausages Plant

Make a new Production Plant? Repowering the current one? The savings with creativity and planning are substantial.

A dilemma faced by many entrepreneurs: investing a lot of time and money in a new plant, or it can still be produced in the current plant with seemingly impossible changes.

The solution: Aggressive creativity and planning. In the same production plant the distribution was completely reconfigured, the capacity of: frozen and fresh raw material chambers, process areas, packaging, finished product among others increased; modifications and increases in energy, fluid, and cooling services. In short, a total and profound remodeling.

The constructions, changes, extensions and adjustments were executed WITHOUT LOSING A SINGLE DAY OF PRODUCTION, without detriment of the quality and fulfilling the exigencies not to affect the innocuousness.

This was achieved thanks to the joint planning with the contractors, personnel of: maintenance, production, and quality; coupled with a great commitment and determination of all involved.

Modification and expansion of the current Embutidos plant (5,826m2.):

Conception, lay-out, calculations for the reuse and validation of capacity and technical suitability of the existing and offered equipment, design: architectural, structural of concrete and steel, civil-sanitary, of mechanical specialties, fluids, refrigeration, conditioning and industrial ventilation, in addition also the technical direction and support engineering during the constructions, assemblies and installations.
