Inspection and Technical Management

The Supervision and Technical Management are services aimed at ensuring the client the correct execution of the works and assemblies in their project, getting the best quality at the right price.

The audit work consists in carrying out a technical and economic follow-up of the works, in order that the stipulations in the designs are correctly carried out, or failing that, to review and approve the changes that may arise during the work. Inspection controls schedules, progress of work and approves payment forms to the contractor.

A variant of the Control, is the Technical Direction, which does not make an economic control of the work, but the advice to the client and builder to respect the designs and solve problems during construction. Unlike Fiscalización, it does not approve returns.
